- The individual responsible for overseeing the change control process and ensuring information is communicated to all relevant parties.

- How and when changes are recorded.
5) Mandatory Occurrence Reporting Plan
We assist the principal duty holder in establishing a system that enables “reporting persons” to quickly report safety incidents or occurrences to the principal duty holders.
6) Gateway 2 Application

7) BSR Commencement Notification
We issue Initial Notices to the BSR for each project, informing them of the project’s commencement and ensuring compliance from the outset.
8) Gateway 3 Application and Completion Certification
